Our flatbed UV printer has been designed to achieve a high print speed with Ricoh Gen5 printhead, sprays ink by dual negative pressures that prevent ink from overflow, without clogging for long durable life in high resolution with 21PL ink drop size. It has a high precision gantry on a stable robust frame, non-deforming that reduces flatness error. It can print on various types of materials such as acrylic, aluminum sheet, foam board, PVC board, glass, wood etc. The automatic ink circulation system consumes less ink and achieves the most vivid & real imaging colors. Accurate positioning to prevent misalignment of colors over color and by this, material resources are saved. It produces mass production in less time by having a lot of manpower.
