Our digital fabric printer of 1.8 meter printing width with Epson two DX5 & DX7 micro piezo print heads meets the demand of high resolution, faster printing speed and good printing effect. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor large format printing such as photo & home decoration, textile fabric, promotion advertising, poster and wallpaper printing etc. It can achieve a maximum resolution of 1440dpi and is configured with 4 colors such as cyan, magenta, yellow & black to create blazing colors, produces pin-sharp images, an impressive abrasion-resistant, waterproof result and is designed for massive production.

Epson DX5/DX7 Printhead
The print head controls the piezo inkjet, maintains the ink temperature within a suitable range and provides high definition printing quality. It is easy to clean, easy to replace the parts, corrosion-resistant, has high production speed and has good graphic results with a maximum resolution of up to 1400DPI.
GZ Greyscale Technology
The variable drop greyscale printing technology presents perfect printing quality, is more delicate, locates the ink spot and manages the size of ink drops. It delivers optimal color density, smoother gradation, low ink consumption and optimum image quality in all print modes.
Capping & Wiping System
The automatic capping & wiping system makes the cleansing operation easy, better ink absorption, simple maintenance of print head nozzle helps to purge ink during cleaning, durable to avoid head clogging and keeps the moisture acceptable for vibrant quality.
IR Drying System
The infrared drying system is equipped that transfers the radiation energy to dry the printed material quickly, evenly and efficiently without loss of color density. It is energy-efficient, smooth operation and prevents the media from being over burnt and lowers the rate of job rejection.
Bulk Ink Supply System
It is used to supply the ink colors (CMYK), monitor the ink level, fluent ink flow in the head, easy ink refill, ensures high-speed non-stop printing, stable & steady ink supply and consistent transmission of ink to avoid clogging in the head.
