Our laser welding machine with a portable handheld laser welding gun is simple to use, overcomes the restriction of travel space that comes with the working table, provides high-quality consistent results across a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum hand copper etc. It has a minimal part setup, provides high-quality welding of thick & thin materials without any distortion, deformation, less/no subsequent processing, undercut or burn-through by control of laser energy and operates with the highest process consistency. The working operation is simple to learn, saves the labor cost & the level of the operator’s experience is not required high. The welding is smooth, delicate, fast speed, no welding mark in the material, no discoloration of output and the welded area is small so no need for polishing. It meets the variety of complex welding parameters needed for different products such as docking weld, stack weld, inside & outside corner weld, point weld and tube weld etc.
