Our dynamic fiber laser marking machine provides a simplified industrial solution. It is used as readable surface marking, deep engraving of the serial numbers, bar codes, logos, texts and graphic patterns on the widest range of materials including metals, some non-metals and plastics. It is a device for marking on the physical surfaces without any humanized contact hence providing non-contact marking, no special working environment is needed. Using the laser energy to mark the data processed by the computer software & graphic utilities and has a 1064nm wavelength that is suitable and versatile for finely marking of the materials. The well-facilitated, highly qualitative infrastructural unit assists to work at very high speeds, without any thermal impact on the structure & drastically reduced the risk of failure. There are two different power choices of machines to choose for your business like 50W and 60W & which are also adjustable on your selected machine using its software according to the material surface.

The forced-air cooling way is used to expose the material to an instant cooling effect by producing high air pressure on one side at a time than the other. The cooling air is spread by a blower to the entire area that keeps the heat out and maximizes the temperature control effect.
The dynamic fiber laser marking machine has equipped with user-friendly EZCAD software for laser marking that processes graphic patterns on the surface of materials and gives an interactive interface. The supported file formats are PCX, PLT, DXP, JPG and BMP etc.
The output compatible software is CorelDraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc to generate the input file for the marking process based on the requirement. It is easy to operate, adaptable and makes the operation convenient.
