Our hot wire CNC foam cutting machine creates any product of the most complicated 3D shape accurately & relatively inexpensive well finished. This machine makes all the designs with minimal moving parts in easy and ultra-quiet operation. It is designed to cut through polystyrene with a thin thread of heat wire via a low electrical charge that flows the current through the hot wire to cut. The heated wire vaporizes the material to begin the cutting process, ensures a clean cut and allows multiple cuts in a single pass. All the machine parts adopt highly stable components configuration to make quality output at high speed keeping machine durability. It is used to create display letters, 3D logos, signboards, labels for indoor, outdoor ads and display decorations etc.
